The postal strike starting on 11th November 2019 will continue and may delay deliveries for many weeks. It is possible that there is no postal service to or from Mela during the strike or that any service provided will be subject to considerable delays.
Any application forms sent in the post can thus not be received and processed normally at the moment.
During the strike, you can reach us via Mela’s online service. You can fill out an application form in Finnish or Swedish online and also send us attachments electronically. The English PDF application form can be downloaded and sent to us as an attachment this way, too.
Once signed into the service, you can also check your invoice payment details and look at any outstanding invoices. Alternatively, you can contact us in any Mela-insurance issues by using the secure email service. This enables you to send confidential information and any email attachments safely to us.
