Updates to Mela’s e-Service

We are updating our e‑Service. We have made improvements to the layout and design so that using the service is simpler and more convenient.

The changes will be introduced step by step. In this first phase, the home page and the page Apply have been updated. All the same services and functions are still available. However, the menu has been reorganised, so some functions may now be in a different place.

Try the new view

You can sign in to the e‑Service at mela.fi/eservices. For now, you will still see the familiar home page when you sign in. If you want to try the new view, select the link in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Later this year, the new view will be shown to all users when they sign in. If you prefer, you will still be able to switch back to the old view for some time. The old view will be removed at the beginning of 2027.

You can find a link to the feedback form on the e‑Service home page. We would be pleased to hear your feedback. Tell us what works well and what could be improved. Your feedback helps us make our services better for our customers.

Keep your contact details up to date

It is important that we have your current contact details. Please check that your contact details are up to date in My information. You can update your contact information and, for example, inform us about a new bank account number.
