Taking care of your Mela security is now easier than ever following further improvements to our e-Services. As part of the changes, our new e-Services are now also available in English. Our online e-Services are easy to use and accessible, and they can also be accessed on mobile devices.
You can log in to Mela’s e-Services using Suomi.fi e-identification, which requires personal online banking codes, a mobile certificate or European identification tokens (see further information about Suomi.fi e-Identification).
Notify Mela about changes and track your applications
You can use our new e-Services to notify Mela about any changes to your grant work, such as an interruption, early termination or return to work, by submitting an application.
You can also see at a glance on the homepage whether you have cases pending and track the progress of your applications.
Send and receive messages
Our new e-Services feature a new messages function that allows you to communicate with us about any of your Mela security matters over a secure connection.
Check decisions and invoices
Our new e-Services also allow you to check your insurance, accident and pension applications, as well as to receive decisions online. Applications and decisions made before the launch of our new e-Services cannot be viewed, however.
You can also use our new e-Services to view copies of invoices sent to you since 1 January 2021 and request payment extensions online.
