We are updating our online service
We have updated our e-service to make it even easier for you to manage your matters with us.
The e-service is being updated in stages. In the first stage, the home page and the New application page have a new look. We have also made the service easier to use. The functions are the same as before. However, we have made the menu clearer, so you may find some functions in a different place than before.
If you prefer, you can still return to the old view using the link in the top right-hand corner. The old view will no longer be available from the beginning of 2027.

You can find a link to the feedback form on the e‑Service home page. We would be pleased to hear your feedback. Tell us what works well and what could be improved. Your feedback helps us make our services better for our customers.
Keep your contact details up to date
It is important that we have your current contact details. Please check that your contact details are up to date in My information. You can update your contact information and, for example, inform us about a new bank account number.
