Unfortunately, we are experiencing some problems with the barcodes printed on our insurance premium invoices, as a result of which the barcodes cannot always be read.
If the barcode on your invoice does not work, type the reference number in the field reserved for the reference number on your internet bank. This will ensure that your payment is processed correctly. Type the reference number without spaces and remember to include the letters RF at the beginning. Do not type the reference number in the message field.
