Mela's customers have received scam messages

Mela´s customers have been receiving scam text messages telling them that their pensions are on hold due to incomplete information and providing a link to a scam website. The customers have been asked to click on the link to update their details. If you receive such a message, do not click on the link and do not log on to the scam site, but delete the message immediately.

We remind you that we never ask our customers for personal information by text message or send links that require login. For this purpose we always use Mela’s own online service.
