The work group leader must provide the names and contact information for all of those persons who are working on the support of the grant/scholarship funds, and who are not employed by the group leader.The provided information must include all group members who are working uninterruptedly for a minimum of four months and whose share of the grant/scholarship funds is a minimum of 1274.21 euro (in 2017).

The group leader’s notification must also include the general information about the grant/scholarship, as well as the gross amount of funds given to the work group and the group’s shared expenditure.
